Laura Miers offers Ready To Ship pieces, dispatched in 1-2 business days - if you want to take off straight away.

How do I get my heirloom stones to Laura Miers HQ?  
Our insurance does not cover the stones that you send to us. If you are in Gadigal Country (Sydney, Australia) you are more than welcome to personally deliver in-store.

If you are elsewhere, we suggest AusPost ‘Express Shipping, Signature Required on Delivery’ and opting for ‘AusPost Insurance’ to cover the journey and safe arrival of your stones at Laura Miers HQ.

Lab Diamond vs. Natural Diamond?

Will flush setting/bezel setting stop the light from getting in my stone?
If your piece features a flush setting, its appearance will not be affected as the light comes in from above to illuminate your stone.
Can you use a pre-owned piece to create a custom Laura Miers piece? We are more than happy to incorporate elements of your family heirlooms and previously treasured pieces into a new Laura Miers design. However, we will only use the gemstones as we do not melt metal. We will then return the metal to you. All information is available to read here.
Do you offer engraving?  Engraving can be added to all Made To Order and Custom Laura Miers pieces.

Do you offer resizing?
All pieces are available for resizing (within 3 sizes) after arrival. If this service is required you may either:

  1. Bring your piece in-store.
  2. If you are elsewhere, we suggest AusPost ‘Express Shipping, Signature Required on Delivery’ and opting for AusPost Insurance to cover the journey and safe arrival of your piece at Laura Miers HQ.

All pieces will be assessed upon arrival, with quotes discussed or emailed to you for additional resizing charges.

Do you do payment plans? Laura Miers does offer long-term payment plans. Payment plans are structured over a three month period with a 20% deposit always required to begin production. However, please contact our emodiverse tour guides. If you require a customised payment plan tailored to your financial situation.

Does Laura Miers Jewellery accept returns? Purchases of Made To Order or Custom pieces unfortunately cannot be returned. However, any manufacturing faults are covered by our 12-month warranty.

Items purchased from Ready To Ship may be returned within 7 days for a credit note or exchange. All returned pieces are subject to evaluation.

Is it safe to ship my finished Laura Miers piece? All outgoing Laura Miers pieces are covered by our insurance. All domestic items are posted through AusPost express shipping, with a signature required on delivery. All international items are posted through DHL, with a signature required on delivery. You are also welcome to pick up your piece in store.

Is there a minimum spend on customs?
Our minimum Custom spend is $1,000AUD. This is typically the starting price point of all custom pieces.
