PROCESS

To begin, Laura Miers Air requires you to book an initial consultation: this can be in person, phone call or Zoom.

You will then receive confirmation of your booking and your Customs Declaration Form. This form will hold your sacred story. Our design team will carefully handle and take cues from it during the custom design process.

During the initial consultation, the custom options will be discussed and collaborated on. We will explore concept, design, budget, alloy, stones and finger size for your custom piece.

After the initial consultation, you will receive an email with the first designs and quotes.

Following this, feedback about the design is encouraged. Laura Miers Air offers two rounds of design changes free of charge. Additional design changes are available for a small fee.
6.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the design. This must be paid to begin the custom process. Laura Miers Air offers payment plans on request.
7.
After the deposit is received, materials are ordered and production commences. During this time you will receive regular updates regarding your piece. The finishe piece will take approximately eight weeks. The final payment is due on completion.

All domestic items are posted through AusPost express shipping, with a signature required on delivery. All international items are posted through DHL, with a signature required on delivery. All outgoing mail is covered by our insurance. You are also welcome to pick up your piece in store.
